To better understand the Gryps process we drew a journey map. Every single step is drawn sequentially to graphically represents Gryps essence. In the whole process we found two Holly Cows, which need to be preserved.
The next step was to think as a typical Gryps customer. On one side as the buyer and on the other side as the seller. In order to do that we drew an empathy map.
After we’ve had a bird’s-eye view of the whole process we broke down different services as well as Gryps into their core factors. This step is called “bootstrapping”.
Now that we understand Gryps we can tackle the challenge.
