I am a journalist but at the moment I am feeling more like a curator of ideas, texts, projects and people. From early on I wanted to write for newspapers and magazines, which I also did after my studies. I am a citizen of Switzerland and Italy. I grew up in Switzerland, I have completed my studies there and started my career in Zürich. Then I lived for some years in Berlin – and I am still connected with both cities.
My passion for ideas brought me to BrainStore in my very early twenties. I was working there as a project manager before I started my bachelor in journalism and organisational communication. After publishing my first articles in Switzerland, Germany, Italy, USA and the UK, I worked in local journalism, in lifestyle-journalism, I did travel journalism but I also worked for news platforms or agencies. In my work I have also created new magazines. Furthermore, I have created trend reports for different clients. The best thing about the profession as a journalist is that you meet and understand people from so many different directions. I also acted as a media coach for young students in Berlin high schools. I like the work with young adults a lot.
I am a night owl indeed but in the mix between night shift for writing and „until-early-morning-danci
I write every day in my diary (yes, every day), read physical books and write good old postcards to people from all my travels. I am traveling a lot – also because a lot of my friends are living abroad. I do not have a drivers license but I have a frequent flyer card.
I like manuscripts of people and artists and I am a total magazine junkie because I love the texture and the design of magazines like Apartmento or Purple. One of the best moments in my life is a dinner with my best friends at a long wooden table on a warm summer evening.
